A perfect accompaniment to wild boar, perhaps “Cuissot de Sangliere Roti” with juniper berries: if you can’t find one find a deer and try venison with port and kumquat!
Anne Constancio has produced this delicious red full of garrigue herb aromas, blackcurrant and dark cherries. The old Carignan blended with the predominant Syrah delivers a deep velvet colouring.
