This domaine is situated between the villages of La Caunette and Minerve, on the slopes leading down to the rivers Cesse and Brian. With its chalk and limestone soils, the Vordy’s have developed the Domaine with a number of cepages including Mouvedre, Syrah and Grenache Rousanne along with some vintage Carrignan, some 100 years old.
The Domaine is run in a traditional manner with much of the work still done by hand. The vendange is all manual and the vinification takes place without sulfites.
