The beautiful village of Roquebrun lies within the Orb valley on the boundary of the Haut Languedoc National Park.
The Cave Cooperative, on the Avenue D ‘Oranges, is known for producing an eclectic mix of great wines from a varied terroir and micro climates. The cellars were established in 1968 and, in recognition of the terroir and the unique wines, in 2004 ‘Appellation Coteaux du Languedoc-Cru St Chinian Appellation village’ was granted.
Covering approximately 500ha the area is largely south facing, schistose hillsides.
